    Foundation of Thönnes+Grimus GmbH with its head office in Waldsee

    The scope was mainly in the field of planning and erection of electro-technical plants, M+C technique as well as process control engineering.

  • 1990

    Foundation of PROTEC GmbH with its head office in Otterstadt

    Focus of PROTEC GmbH was in the field of technical plant engineering and construction. Incrementing this scope Thönnes+Grimus GmbH got new business segments within the complex and complete plant engineering and construction for large-scale projects.

  • 1995

    Foundation of T+G Anlagenbau GmbH with its head office in Waldsee

    Consolidation of Thönnes+Grimus GmbH and PROTEC GmbH being T+G Anlagenbau GmbH. Move of PROTEC GmbH to the common enterprise building in Waldsee.

  • 2001

    Foundation of IGATEC GmbH with its head office in Waldsee

    IGATEC GmbH is the successor company of T+G Anlagenbau GmbH.

  • 2002

    Foundation of IGATEC International GmbH with its head office in Waldsee

    Expansion of the activities to the international market. The successful commercial relationship with Russia were strengthened and the partnership with MAVEG in Moscow became deepened. First large-scale projects of complex loading terminals were realised.

    The development of the new loading technology TOP SPOT® was patented and successfully adopted in Russia.

  • 2004

    Foundation of the subsidiary of IGATEC International GmbH seated in Hagen

    The Hagen branch is manufacturing loading arms, swivel joints and folding stairs. The IGATEC International GmbH in Hagen was emanated from Jahndorf GmbH (later TSR) and is continuing this business to ensure further progress in national and international markets.

    Enlargement of the IGATEC GmbH business segments in the field of planning and erection of photovoltaic plants.

  • 2008

    Relocation of IGATEC GmbH and IGATEC International GmbH from Waldsee to Speyer

    In June 2008 both companies moved into new rooms in Speyer. Beside the office building there is now also a close-by production hall as well as capacious storage facilities available

  • 2013

    Relocation of IGATEC International GmbH Hagen

    In December 2013 IGATEC International moved into new rooms in Profilstr. 6, Hagen. Beside the office building there is now also a close-by production hall as well as capacious storage facilities available.
