Our quality policy with its target-oriented fulfilment of our customer‘s interests is a fundamental element of the IGATEC corporate philosophy.
Since the implementation of the quality management system according DIN EN ISO 9001:1994 in the year 1995, the activity standard guidelines are prescribed in our quality manual. This manual contains respectively covers all activities and areas of our company. In 2010 the quality management system was aligned to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
The management and all staff members are jointly responsible for the compliance with these stipulated quality-securing measures.
We achieve the continuous improvements in our company by regular supervision of the operational sequences as well as in internal audits. Using our employee‘s proposals as well as correction- and prevention measures, our quality management system is constantly optimised. The efficiency of our quality management system is examined, monitored and acknowledged by independent certification authorities.
Since 2002 we are certified according the international standard SCC = Safety Certificate Contractors. The SCC standard is a documented evidence of a consistent operational safety policy in the field of safety, health and environmental protection for every operative worker in charge and for executive managers of the company.
