The Mobile Test Plants are designed to perform any kind of production tests on oil wells. The modular design allows a fast and uncomplicated assembly and disassembly within 48 hours. Furthermore, the system can be transported to the site without special vehicles.

High Pressure Unit
The high pressure unit is safety-related the core part of the test plant. This plant-part guarantees the pressure reduction from 250 bar to a maximum of 10 bar, the design operating pressure of the plant.
Gas Module
The gas module controls the preset pressure ratios inside the separator by using an automatic control valve. A meter controls the gas-volume which passes the downstream cyclone and adsorption stage, before it is deposed in a flare-system. Separated condensate will be pumped back into the separator.
Separator
The separator is developed as a standing three phase-gravity separator. It is equipped with a microwave detector which identifies the different layers of oil, gas and formation water.
Heat Exchanger
The two heat exchangers are used to cool down or heat up production fluid. These modules can be applied on various sites of the plant.
Air Cooler
The cooling module provides all needed temperature to guarantee the entire processing procedure until final loading/shipment. Flow and return flow temperatures are indicated at the unit and allow easy supervision for operating staff.
Pumps
Facility pumps (centrifugal pumps with controlled mechanical seal) are located at two positions:

Pipes
The pipelines used in the mobile test plant are connected by hammer unions. The use of swivel joints avoids tensions in the entire pipe system and ensures stress-free pipe laying with height and length compensation.
Gas Flare
The flare is a variant in which the flame is not visible (hidden burning flare). An automatic gas firing system ignites the flare on demand and monitors the flare operation. At the same time it processes the signals of the UV sensor as flame monitoring of the pilot flame.
RTT Loading Unit
The amounts of formation water and crude oil are accumulated in the road tanker loading unit. The loading occurs by an additional filter to avoid any particles in the product.
The unit is equipped with RTT grounding monitoring and overfill protection to ensure the loading operation.
Heating Unit
The heating unit container is noise protected. The installed heater has a propane burner working at atmospheric pressure.
Containerised Control room
At the control room all recorded data (PC S7) is engaged and processed. All modules are pneumatically and electrically connected to control room by cables and hoses with plug connections.
An instrument air generation system with compressor, filters and dryer as well as a storage vessel is located in a separate room in the container of the control room.
